C.M.Bernardini with many years of experience has developed a high level and tested automation system.

All plant functions are managed and controlled from the computerized system and supervised by redundant system in order to avoid any malfunction on the plant when required.

Also all parameters are managed by monitoring system (SCADA) on a screen and in case of alarm, the operator can modify any function or emergency.

The control system is based on a PLC Control System with desktop PC operator interface.

It will perform to manage as following:

Plant monitoring (with graphic page for each P&ID);
Data acquisition from field;
Interlocks sequence.

The architecture will be based on modular rack PLC system, centralized in CCS (Computer Control System), System Cabinet, installed in technical room.

All field signals coming from the plant will be equipped with dedicated Remote I/O cards.
